At Hijab Stories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is unworn and in original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the hijabs or garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are free from makeup or perfume marks.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
